About your Facilitators:
Kate Maryam - Moon & Tide Gatherings
Kate Maryam is a Feminine Embodiment Mentor & Teacher, a multi-modality Energy Intuitive, a Light Leader & Soul Mentor, and Sacred Space Holder. Her path and purpose in life is to guide women on their inner journey to back to their essence feminine, their holy nature, and their sacred body vessel.
Kate embarked upon spiritual pilgrimages through the sacred sites of Peru and Bolivia in 2023 and 2025. She has experienced many ceremonial blessings from the Maestros and Shamans, including multiple Karpays (traditional initiations) in Munay, Llankay, Pleiades, Chakaruna, Jaguar, and Chumpi Healing Stones with the Qeros Maestros from the Apaza family. In 2025, she is undertaking a 12 month Medicine Woman apprenticeship of Hampiq Γustβa, and will be returning to Peru in May 2026 for continued growth and learning.
Kate has a passion for empowering women with the tools and strategies needed to live a full of love, connection and courage, and through strengthening their relationship with their own inner voice and wisdom. She believes in the powerful healing properties of the sun, the moon and our natural surrounds.
Kate is the visionary and creator behind Moon & Tide Gatherings, a series of sacred gatherings held regularly on the Sunshine Coast. Katheryne Alvarado - Soul Temple
Katheryne is a native Peruvian and the founder of Soul Temple. Her soulβs purpose is to guide people back to their essence, helping them reconnect with their soul and inner memories, awakening the ancestral wisdom encoded within their DNA.
For over 20 years, she worked in the finance sector, navigating the corporate world. Yet, along the way felt a deep calling, an undeniable knowing that life held something far beyond numbers and deadlines.
In 2014, Kathy was introduced to Peruvian (Amazonian) and Chavin medicine plants and worked closely with La Madre, La Abuelita, and El Abuelo. Each Ceremony Kathy was transported back to her Peruvian roots, reconnecting deeply with both the inner astral realms and the vast cosmic energies. Her intention has always been to honour and preserve ancestral traditions, so that we may all live in Ayni, a sacred reciprocity with ourselves, our Community, our Ancestors, the Elements and the Universe.
The last two years have been a profound period of expansion and remembrance. Through mentorships, she has deepened her intuitive gifts and expanded her spiritual practice. In 2024, she completed Reiki Level I & II, Seichem Level I, received Light Language Activations, and the Munay-Ki rites, further anchoring my connection to Andean wisdom.
2025: A Year of Deep Transformation and Expansion
This year, during her transformative journey to Peru, she deepened her knowledge by learning Angelic Reiki and ancient Peruvian healing modalities. Her travel then took her to Mexico, where she was honoured to participate in a tailor-made Fire Ceremony and Temazcal, guided by revered traditional elders. Within the embrace of these sacred rituals, she received a powerful message from the ancestorsβto share the wisdom now residing within her, a wisdom that is meant to guide and inspire others on their own path of remembrance.

If, in the event, you are no longer able to join, you may transfer your ticket to a friend. If the event is sold out, there may be the option to sell your ticket to a community member on the waitlist. Please contact Kate to arrange this.
Should a Moon & Tide Gathering be cancelled due to a government directive, attendees will receive the option of transferring their place to the new date or a future gathering.
Please do not attend a Moon & Tide Gathering if you feel unwell or have any fever, cold or flu symptoms. Please advise Kate as soon as possible if this is the case, and she will transfer your place to a future date when you are well again.
If you are unable to attend, please provide as much notice as possible, so that these arrangements can be made.
Photography:
As a participant of this sacred gathering, you agree to ensure any personal photography that you take does not have others within the photo. You agree to only take photos of the oracle cards, spiritual tools, food or the centrepiece.
I, Kate, as the Sacred Space Holder will not take photos of you during the ceremony. The ceremony is a sacred gathering, with an intimacy not to be shared outside the group container. It is a safe space for expression and release of emotion.
I may occasionally take a distance photo of the group gathering before the ceremony begins, or during a break. These photos are not close up with any faces or have personal features included. If you do not want to be included in the distance photos, please let me know upon arrival or at the time of purchasing your ticket.
