My path and purpose in life is to guide and empower women on their inner journey to back to their true essence, their divine nature, their sacred self. I facilitate women to reignite their spark, by learning to listen to the whispers of their soul and reconnecting to their intuition. In addition to energy work, I believe in the power of the mind-body connection to achieve all-round results, embracing a natural lifestyle, creating time and space to honour the sacred self.

Having had a 10 year professional background as a Human Resource Manager, I appreciate the journey of discovering a sense of self, beyond what our mind thinks we are. Transforming my life from corporate to the spiritual has been an inside job - a complete transformation of myself. I come from an analytical, logical and linear mindset, so practising the art of intuition, and connecting to the spiritual realm has been no easy feat.

In 2013, I opened my women’s coaching business, Coach Kate, which primarily focused on physical, mental and emotional wellness, and in 2017, I left the HR profession to focus on my young family and my coaching business.

My very private journey with spirituality, energy and intuition commenced in 2014, and since that time I have integrated the teachings of many inspirational spiritual mentors. I was blessed to mentor with professional psychic and published author, Helen Jacobs, for 8 years.

But it wasn’t until 2020, that I felt truly brave enough to incorporate spirituality, intuition and energetics into my coaching business.

My life journey has not been linear by any means, as often is the case when following our intuition. My biggest training has been in the school of life - my professional background, my circumstances, health challenges and childhood wounding. And in more recent years, my personal lessons have taken place within the school of motherhood, with its highs and lows. I am always having to remind myself that there really is no destination when it comes to spiritual evolution and healing - and to bring myself back to the present moment, and what I am currently learning about myself and what healing needs to take place.
